Ameynra fashion. About my fire color skirt collection

On this video you can see one of my best design of  "Fire color" skirt from my latest collection. This is 24-petal skirt and made using chiffon, chiffon-polyester, sparkling structured organza. Because we have sold all 20 ready-to-ship skirts withing a month when listed these for sale on Etsy, and still receive questions where to order or buy same skirts - here is a link to Ameynra website :  http://ameynra.jimdo.com/ 

A fire colors - one of most-popular color combinations that I've noticed from my experience of online trade. Many dancers have heard following compliment "She is on fire" - this phrase means that some girl danced very well, she looks hot, and "looks hot" means "beautiful" So, as one dancer told me, fire color costume makes her to "be on fire" - to dance better than when she is wearing other color costumes. Colors of fire gives her a positive energy. That was very nice idea. And I continue to design more and more fire-colored skirts for dance. I hope it helps dancers to do their best ;) We (my Ameynra company and I) make complete costumes and skirts like one on this video. We accept orders on making custom designs too.

And following news can be sad info but it doesn't sad for me: we have closed our Etsy shop because of nasty thief there. So, no more shops on Etsy. I keep my eBay and other shops so buyers are always welcome there ;) As always, retail, wholesale and custom orders are welcome and we do worldwide shipping. 

As I said in my blog posts before, my company rules and policy are same for all buyers - domestic and foreign - if you buy from my online shops, the price depends on how much that site charges from sellers. Ebay charges about 10% from both sale price and shipping cost even if they don't deliver. Etsy takes 3% from each sale. Ioffer takes 5%. So we add that to our original item price. So if you buy from me directly, I can give you a discount because in this way you'll not buy from Etsy, Ebay or other sites, and I'll not pay them. so I offer you a lover price without a cost of site services that they charge from me for selling on their marketplaces. And, if you pay cash, I'll give you maximum discount. Cash is the King of Kings, you know. As a honest seller who is interested in providing best service to my customers to be pleased to see them buying from me again, I tell you all info about rules and discounts. We also make size adjustments for free if that ordered before purchasing item. And we make (when it possible) change of original design to make skirt front longer or shorter. That is for free if discussed and described in Paypal payment notes. So I do my best for my customers and, of course, expect them be nice;)

Today I wanna show you a short video where you can see me and one of my best designs - Ameynra style petals skirt. As you can see, this skirt looks nice to wear it everyday, everywhere, not just for dance or photoshoot. This skirt design has 3 variations: skirt with 1 high slit and varied length petals,  skirt with 2 slits and lots of petals, and layered petal skirt. The last one is more popular for dance, especially for belly dance. That is a skirt which is made of varied length petals and has a layer of petals over it. Sometimes it comes as a 3-layer  skirt or 4-layer skirt. All 3 variations look similar at 1st glance. Just 1-slit skirt is more popular because it fits for "street-wear" - and on video you can see that. For over 12 years in business, this design is leading in sales. На этот раз хочу рассказать о творчестве и линии цыганского танцевального костюма в стиле восточного танца. Моя фирма Ameynra имеет несколько линий дизайнов. А танцевальные костюмы - это отдельная линия продукции. Конечно же многие знают, что восточные танцы имеют много стилей, и цыганский вариант лишь один из них. А для меня этот стиль фаворитный потому что моя прабабушка была цыганской королевой, женой барона. И её имя София досталось мне из-за синих глаз, какие были у ней. В этом видео я рассказываю о том, что важно знать для создания костюма, что особенного в рисунке вышивки. Костюмы как тот, что на видео, стоят от $250. Well, in this edition in Russian language, I'm talikin' about main points in making professional folk dance costume, gypsy bellydance costume. What is specific of beauty of costume and what materials I use for it.

Моделирование одежды стало частью моего творчества ещё в 1993 году, когда мы (я, моя мама коллектив её арт-н-дизайн студии участвовали в международном шоы моды и танца. Тогда мы ездили в Польшу, Францию и Италию. Конечно, европейская мода, какой она была в 80-х и 90-х, мне нравилась. Причём, мне важнее не первое место, которое получил творческий коллектив под руководством мамы и тогда-ещёороших знакомых, но сама суть красоты показа модной одежды в стиле костюма для танцев. ОК, это было больше танцвальное шоу, моего творчества там была вышивка стразами. Но мне лично совсем не нравятся ни стандартный евро-пиджак ни современный стиль модерн, "зализанный" и слишком упрощёный.  А вот красота Востока и восточного фольклора для меня всегда были на первом месте. Дело не только в юбках и том, как по мнению одного из моих бывших любимчиков, в восточном костюме больше акцент на стразы чем на форму тела. Главное понять и почувствовать, в чём особенности красоты фольклорного костюма для восточного танца. Главное увидеть и понять красоту, и чем она отличается от примитивизма современной одежды для среднего класса. Я имеюю ввиду х/б майки и чаще всего подраные джинсы, блёклые цвета и полное отсутствие рюшей, гипюра, страз, вышивки, но притом расцветка пятнами, примитивными распечатками чьих-то лиц и т.д.

Для меня, красота восточного танца прежде всего костюм. По мнению большинства моих друзей мужского рода, совсем неважно знание элементов танца. Важны фигура танцовщицы и откровенная улыбка а не наигранная наивность, которая так навязчиво превуалирует в современном кинемантографе и особенно в рекламе. Эта зубоскальная фальшь, вскинутые брови, притворно-растерянные белесые лица prosto противны. А красота Востока и фольклорного костюма для танца вечна. Потому что это настоящая красота а не современные бездарности однодневки, знаменитые за ничто. Я рассказываю из моего опыта успешного ведения бизнеса в индустрии моды с 2005. Я не занимаюсь дешевыми костюмами для стриптиза или музыкальных шоу в стиле поп-рок. Вот чёрный металл, трэш и восточный фольк - эти я всегда принимаю вне очереди.

Just remember, you're still free to decide - to continue living with pain or get a change and be happy. Take a look at Baphomet pentagram tattoo on your arm... That is an image of an idol of the Cult, where my ancestor was a sect leader and had huge treasures.... ;) And an idol still protects me, his heiress."

Well, time-to-time I receive questions about Ameynra. Ok, Ameynra is a name of my brand, California-based fashion company. It is also name of main character in my sci-fi fantasy book series. That is literary part of Ameynra project. Ameynra is not my name or lastname. I smile when some of you call me "Ameynra". That is cute compliment 4me... Thanks... Because gypsy girl Ameynra is the most beautiful young lady who became a bride of the King of Immortals. The most beautiful dancer in dress that looks like flower. So womanly, gentle image of young sweetie with bright eyes, clear mind and open soul. Probably too naive image... Fantastic image. An opposite to modern pop-stars and movie-stars. And image of miss Ameynra is huge contrast if to compare her with my personality and modern image I use to express my feelings, ideas, mood... Even if I'm business lady, fashion designer, dancer... Even I created an image of Ameynra... I'm metalhead to the core, haha. I love black metal. If you would like, feel free to ask people to share their opinion on regarding what is normal for black metal fans. That will help you to understand an unique lifestyle and what is deep in my soul and makes me continue to make Ameynra style fashion. She is not like me. I'm glad to hear that most of you love her. Ameynra Fashion ! Gold skirts, unique style for beauty ladies

Another post about Ameynra fancy fashion and skirts, designed by me (Sofia Metal Queen) & Sarah Goldberg of Ameynra.

Ameynra fashion has a few lines - belly dance costumes, gypsy & other dance costumes, accessories for home and wedding... So, skirts are in most popular of our product lines, such as bellydance outfits and fancy fashions. This video represents collection of gold color skirts, the best samples of our designs, created withing a few years. These skirts are most fancy, elegant and "flashing", and collected here by color gold. Actually, here are "Gold and Friends" - i.e solid-gold colors, dark-gold and very light-gold stuff, gold and brown, gold and fuschia, emerald, etc. Everything which is gold and related to it! For me, the color gold is not only half of our lastname and symbol of rich life. Color gold is also symbol of sun, positive energy, light and true talent first of all. You probably heard something like "golden hands, gold heart, golden hair"... So, that is just a part of long list what color gold means.... Yeahha!

Skirts you'll see on video are designed for: evening, belly dance, ballroom dance, showtime, carnivals, etc.

Вышивка бисером и стразами сваровски. Готика, мода, что важно знать

Привет любителям рукоделия и готических танцев !

В этом блогпосте - заметки о том, что важно для изготовления профессионального сценического костюма в стиле готического чёрного металла. Вышивка, кристаллы (стразы) брэнда сваровски, металлические акценты, классический стиль и инноваторские моменты - всё это важно для стиля. В работе со стразами сваровски - важен выбор формы страз. Они должны сочетаться по форме и цвету, даже если их "бриллиант-радуга" окрас кажется просто фейерверком цвета. Но так кажется только с непривычки. По мере приобретения навыков работы с дорогим материалом приходит умение отличать цвета и сорта. А это важно для покупателя ;) Причём, вышивка бисером тоже должна быть в стиле, не арабская щедрость но и не жмотные пунктиры, так популярные в вышивке вечерних платьев. Однако готический узор из бисера - это не обычное бисероплетение, а то, что сочетается с готическим стилем. Длинная бахрома, дорогой сорт бисера, мрачные а не просто тёмные оттенки. Большая разница между мрачным и тёмным / тусклым. Дело в том, что готика и магия (я имею ввиду настоящую магию а не переносный смысл) - совершенно разные вещи.

Но элементы готического костюма это непременно символики, имеющие значение в магии, причём чёрной. Поэтому в работе над созданием костюма-шедевра важно не только знание стиля, но и знание магии непосредственно. Вчера я видела картинку, очень патриотическую с одной стороны, но одновременно полную чушь вредительскую самим себе с другой стороны. Магия это ведь не забава, и неважно верить в неё или нет, это работает. Как ток в электропроводке - неважно, верит кто-то в силу тока или нет, она существует и работает. Поэтому важно знать каноны и не накликать беду, пусть даже случайно и не по собственному желанию. В этом видео я показываю костюм из моей новой коллекции для шоу и ритуальных танцев, в соответствии с канонам моей веры. В других роликах я расскажу о том, кому какие знаки можно носить, кому нельзя, и почему не все и не всегда увешивают одежду крестами верхом вниз. Эти вообще мало значения имеют в готике, это больше по теме магии, где чаще всего носят "костюм, который носил(а) в день рождения" ;) ;) ;) 

Причём, как я говорила в других видео, есть магические способы очищения одежды от негативной энергии. Но они не относятся к средствам защиты от порчи, это совсем другой набор ритуалов. Надо ли петь во время вышивки? Ха, можно н не обязательно. Это если для себя, для готического романтического вечера... Желательно, причём песни голосом, без мафона (магнитофона, бумбакса...) Главное знать что петь ;)

Hi my friends, fans, subscribers & visitors!

I made new video to show you the best of my gothic skirt designs & dark/black skirts from most popular of my collections. As fashion designer, I started to create gothic related stuff about 6 years ago. Well, I mean "industrial making", not just for my photoshoots or Halloween party time. These skirt designs are my customers' favorites and best-selling samples from a few collections I've made as-of today. My main idea in creation of such dark stuff is to show that gothic fashion is much more that going to darkness where the Creeping Death is waiting for newcomers. To show that gothic fashion is also based on idea of getting immortality. And nothing wrong in wish to become immortal beauty... As in my sci-fi literary project about beauty dancer Ameynra who became the bride of the King of immortals. But the price that she'd paid for, was too high... Well, my style of gothic belly dance fashions is hot mix of: black metal, gypsy dance & 18th century European elegance.

Ameynra designs: making of professional belly dance costumes with swarovski & fancy beadwork

Hi dear friends fans subscribers & supporters !

this blogpost is to answer questions I've received from more than 50 people around the world.

1) Yes I've designed 48 collections of belly dance costumes & skirts, also gypsy dance costumes, gypsy belly dance costumes, also Persian & Armenian dance costumes. 25-50 designs in each collection. On Youtube you can see a part of that now. Later I'll upload full stuff, all collections. There will be 5 times more than you see now.

2) My favorite collections are: "Ameynra's flower garden" and "Ameynra treasure, series 1 to 6" - costumes decorated with swarovski crystals. Those are fancy and sells well. I'm proud of having good customers who thinks more about getting a good costume than budget economy. I think most of you know that cheap stuff will always looks cheap, and will make cheap look for those who is wearing. So, don't pay attention on price if you want to look great. Or you think that good dress is for somebody else, not for you? No. If you look beautiful, it means you deserved beautiful dress. Be the queen of your day. Feel the being. And enjoy having a really cool outfits ;)

My Fashion and Ameynra Dance Fashion lines

Hi friends and people online !

I write this becauseof receiving many questions about what I’m doing in fashion.

1st of all, I’m fashion designer.

Metal is my life ! And Metal Queen is my username on social websites; I have an another nick-name – Ameynra, same as a name of my brand. I sure that being in metal is – 1st of all – LIVE BY IT, and everybody can sing well when they would like. Metal ladies/womens/girls – we can be a designers, journalists, promoters, and we are in metal. Metal women – we also can play music, do art, and just a few of those who are in metal, are band singers. And metal is a huge part of life ! And for me, making a metal clothing lines is only a part of my fashion projects.

As Lady Sofia Goldberg, I make accents on a bright appeal in my designs, using a color palette of bright, solid, neon colors that combined, mixed with traditional heavy metal black leather and glam of Russian Empire of 18th century. The Dynasty of Metal Kings began in 17th century….

Ameynra BellyDance fashion – my designs, only one of a few themes. A brand… It was founded and opened as Ameynra “BellyDance-only”, but I don’t want to stop on only “dance-4ever” theme. Long time ago we were in Poland with our “Theatre & Fashion” show, it was mostly my mom’s ideas, I was a young girl, teenager. My ideas were only a colors and its combinations.

In a fashion my major theme is can be described as “A rich young & beauty lady who likes travels & dreaming about the Future” Yes, I was born in a rich family, and I’m only one child. So, roots… golden roots… I’m from Caucasus & love Middle Eastern culture because it is native for me.
I love Las Vegas. Ferrari-styled bright-yellow dress is one from a huge collection of specific color dresses, created by new fashion designer Sofia Metal Queen !

I was in India, there are many, many beautiful fabric & embroidered materials. My best friend Miriam was in Brazil & Japan. I got many ideas from her stories, sketches. A most stunning, beautiful sequined & beaded fabrics i saw in Iran & Egypt. All I may say – one word “WOW !!!” What a pleasure to work with ! Many of the best fabrics were made in Iran. We hope that everything will be ok there. I have a few customers who prefer to buy dance costumes which made only using exported from there fabrics. They knows a quality ! And Middle Eastern themes are in some of my fashion projects. As well as European & U.S.-based styles, for sure.

Ameynra fashion as idea was based on world famous New York world’s fair 1939. I saw many original souvenirs made at that time, and media. My friends Bill & his wife have a huge collection, lol. Idea of fashion is based on that time, glory and sunrise. I love that symbolic, and style. And love NY. I hate simple-modern style 19970-80 yy, without that cute ideas which we call “fen’kis”, i love a rich life, fancy. close to 1890, 1930-40 yy.

MY “EVERYDAY-WEAR”, “STREET-WEAR” & “WEEKEND-TIME” IDEAS, EACH ONE IS TAKEN FROM THE COLLECTION OF 25-45 IN EACH LINE. I was in San Francisco, CA, many times & my “Street wear” collections are based on what I may call always remember “My Frisco”. I was in Italy & some of my “everyDay wear”, also dance costumes are in pro-Italian style. When i was in Detroit, MI, i was amazed how exotic, beautiful, wonderful haircuts, hairdecors African-American women makes. Beautiful ! Really, it was most impressive that I remember from visits to Detroit. My friend Lucie was in Tokyo & said that there women’s hairstyle is super-unique. I got a few of ‘most-stunning’ ideas from her video that she recorded in Tokyo. My great friend Miriam was in Brazil, she loves their culture, and we think about making together a pro-Brazilian style summer beach apparel line. I was in NY, there a special culture, elegant. I have a 4 fashion projects collections that made in NY-style.

METAL STYLE PROJECTS. I was in night clubs in NJ, and was in small town named Old Bridge, only one day i visited it. All i can say in this case – that is a very nice little town, i remember ice cream store there and road, and city streets for a while… Some of my exotic pro-metal fashion ideas based on my memories of that small town. 1st metal show i saw when I was only 10 years old. A festival in Moscow, end of September 1991. Metallica and other bands were there, but i remember Metallica much better than other. And i was thinking about – if i’ll be in age 20, 30 years – what i may wear for metal show ? And i since childhood love metal accents in everyday-wear apparel. I saw many shows, I love metal music & planning to do some designs in metal style as “Metal Style” series.

MY “SPACE & FUTURE” PROJECTS. I STARTED TO WORK USING MORE ACCENTS ON THESE WHEN I MOVED TO HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA. Almost half of my paintings are about space. why ? – because mystery is like magnetic target, and space travels theme is native to place where i live, Hollywood. So, if space travels, space fashion comes by itself !
